Question:  Page 12, Specifications, Section 5. Performance Requirements - Are these the only performance Requirements that we want managed?

Response:  Yes, these Performance Requirements along with the requirements in Appendix A.

Question:  Will Public Works require that the vendor provide a kiosk at the Public Works location in Libertyville, IL for payment processing?

Response:  Your proposal should indicate how payments are to be made at the Public Works location in Libertyville, IL.

Question:  Will Lake County require that the vendor use the software that is currently in place?

Response:  Your proposal should indicate whether you are able to use the County’s current software or if you prefer to use your own software.

Question:  Will the pre-proposal sign-in sheet be provided as part of the addendum?

Response:  Yes, the Pre-Proposal Attendees sheet is attached.

Question:  Will the County be adsorbing credit/debit card and e-check payments (currently in place), or will you be moving to a convenience fee model where customers pay for each transaction?

Response:  This will be determined during contract negotiations.

Question:  I want to confirm this this RFP is for Billing (Electronic and Print), Bill Presentation (online) and Payment Solutions.

Response:  Yes this RFP is for Billing (Electronic and Print), Bill Presentation (online) and Payment Solutions.

Question:  Can you provide Credit Card Processing Statements/Merchant Services Statements for the last full 3 months of activity. We are interested in understanding the following:  Transaction Detail by Card Type (Debit/Credit) or E-Check; Regulated vs. Unregulated Transactions (Credit & Debit); True Average Payment Transaction value ($$).

Response:  Yes, the reports are in included as part of this addendum.

Clarification:  Your proposal should indicate if you have the ability to generate usage reports based on user types, i.e. bakeries, laundromats, restaurants, etc.
