Q. In Section 4.0 – Schedule, 4th bullet point: Is the detailed schedule to start from the A/E Contract Award and extend through the completion of the Design Development Phase in October 2019, and not include Bidding and CA Phases?
A. Correct. This contract is solely for Phase 2 Design Development services at this time. It is anticipated that the successful proposer shall also be awarded additional services including preparation of construction documents, bidding and construction administration after the successful completion of the Phase 2, and after additional design and construction funds have been appropriated by the County Board.
