Lake County recently changed the Due Date:

All bids are due on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 before 11:00 AM CST at 18 N. County Street, 9th Floor, Waukegan, IL 60085.  New deadline for questions is Wednesday, January 22, 2020 by 1:00 PM. Letter of Intent is due on due date by 9:00 AM CST.
