22009 RFP Behavioral Health Services

Lake County intends to solicit proposals from qualified Behavioral Health Service providers to support the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court. Lake County reserves the right to award to multiple service providers.

Q#1:  Do you have any templates that I could go off of? Or perhaps know where I can go to create one?
A:  No, please reference the RFP document to ensure you submit a competitive response.

Q#2: Specifically, what type of Behavioral Health Services are you looking to acquire?
A: Please reference page 20 – 22.

Q#3: Would this be contracted providers?
A: Yes.  Please reference page16 under General information and page 20 under Scope of Work.

ADDENDUM #1

Q#1: Is a nonprofit eligible to apply under this RFP? If yes, must the nonprofit directly provide all of the services listed on page 20 under Scope of Work?
A: Yes, nonprofits are eligible to apply to this RFP.  No, the nonprofit does not have to provide all of the services listed on page 20 under Scope of Work.  We encourage Proposers to propose cost on any or all the services they are interested in providing to Lake County.

Q#2: If not provided directly, would we be able to refer out for these services?
A:  The Lake County welcome proposers to submit a proposal, if an agency is interested in outsourcing some of the responsibilities the County will evaluate this scenario on a case-by-case basis.

Q#3: Finally, can we select one group (adults or juveniles), or does it need to bed for both?
A:  Yes, please reference page 3; Award and page 14; Intent.

Q#4: Are applicants for funding under RFP #22009 required to propose to provide all services listed on page 20 of the RFP?
A:  The County welcomes all proposers to submit proposals in whole or in part for the list of services outlined on page 20 under Scope of Work.  Please reference page 3; Award and page 14; Intent for additional clarification
