Revised Price List - Click on the words Revised Price List this is a hyperlink that allows you to view new pricing.

Q#1.      Other than the ZQ52-BUE0010-00, all quantities are set at 1, is this correct? in other words, our "Extended Amount" for each of these items is just the cost of a single unit?

A:           Correct. All item codes should be priced at a quantity of 1. We would like vendors to respond to the RFP with a per unit price since each item will be ordered a la carte. Please note that there is the unit price, a discount percentage (per each if applicable), and the extended price (unit price minus per each discount). If a per unit discount is not being presented, the Extended Amount would simply be the per unit cost. If a vendor has bulk pricing, please submit a separate price list for the discounted pricing.

Q#2.      The TC72 and TC77 are not included in the "item codes included in the awarded contract" section on the bottom of page 15 of the bid.

Will these be included in the contract?

Will the County consider splitting the bid if one vendor's pricing is better on printer/accessories and another’s better on the handhelds?

A:           Yes, these items will be included in the contract. Please submit pricing for these two items in your price proposal if you offer the products. We will be releasing a revised price list. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office would prefer not to split the bid. However, depending on the price submissions received we may be open to splitting the bid between printer/accessories and handhelds.

Q#3.     Zebra has five TC72 SKU’s available and six TC77 SKU’s available, each with slightly different configurations/capabilities or certifications, as well as different price points.  Does the County know which SKU they would like to have quoted in each category?  Attached is a SKU reference sheet with descriptions which may assist in the determination.

A:         In an effort to reduce potential contract modifications in the future, we would prefer vendors to submit pricing for all available SKUs on separate lines. The revised pricing list will reflect all 11 SKUs.

Q#4.     In Addendum #1, the County has indicated that charging cradles are needed for the TC72 and TC77.  There are several desktop charging cradle options as well as several vehicle charging cradle options.  Each has different mounts and power supply options available as well.  Does the County know which SKU they would like to have quoted for these options?  Attached is an Accessories Guide which may assist in the determination.

A:         4 Slot chargers, Rack/Wall Brackets, and the single slot desktop (CUP-SE-BTYADP1-01, CRD-TC7X-SE5C1-01, BRKT-SCRD-SMRK-01, CRD-TC7X-SE2CPP-01, and CRD-TC7X-SE2EPP-01)

These item codes will be included in the revised pricing list. If any additional accessories are required for these item codes, please include them as a separate line item in your price proposal.

Q#5.      Will the County be putting out an updated bid sheet with space to bid the desired charger(s) and accessories for each handheld?

A:           Yes, we will be releasing a new bid price sheet that lists additional item codes that can be submitted in price proposals. We welcome vendors to include relevant additional item codes in their price proposal even if they are not listed on our original bid.
