Response: All old equipment and piping will be the reasonability of the contractor to remove, unless told by LCPW that they want to save for future usage.

Question 6. Are the hourly rates (straight-time, OT, double-time) intended to be for one serviceman in the case that a service call/troubleshoot is required?

Question 7. How will any shop/machining labor for disassembly of a pump be billed? As the hourly rate as well?
Response: Under section #2 Pump Repair it explains the requirement for this work.
Question 8. Would like clarification, Item #5 on the “scope of work”. Is this the entire allotted time for mobilization, removal, reinstallation, testing, and demobilization?
Response: Yes we will require this unless there is a problem in getting parts or replacement equipment. At that time we would require a notification of the delivery date and then an adjustment of the schedule would be made at that time.
