Q: What is the delivery address?

A:  Folders will be shipped FOB Destination, with all freight and transportation charges included in the bid price.  Shipped to the following address.

Q:  Does Lake County have a loading dock?  If so, are there restrictions?

A:  Yes.  The east side dock has no restrictions.  The west side dock has a 14 foot height restriction.

Q. The specifications call for 15pt 200#, yet the sample I received are measuring 18pt.  What specification is the County expecting?

A.  Upon review Lake County is expecting 16pt minimum. 

Q.  In regards to the delivery of additional folders, what is the minimum order? How many times a year?

A. Some years the County will not order additional, and others we order 1,000-2,000.  We add them in to the bulk order that's placed once per year.

Q.  In regards to the delivery of additional contract items, what is the minimum order? How many times a year?

A.  The County normally orders once per year, with the bulk order, we order an additional 3000 year labels.

Q.  What is the contract term?

A.  The contract term is one (1) year with four one (1) year renewal options.

Q.  Is there a provision for price increases over the length of the contract or is the bid price firm for the entire 5 year period?

A.  Please see the escalator provision (#6) on page 5 of the bid under General Terms and Conditions.

Q. The specifications call for 15pt 200#, yet the sample I received are measuring 18pt.  What specification is the County expecting?

A.  Upon review Lake County is expecting 16pt minimum. However, please include pricing for both 16pt. and 18pt. folders.  Please include samples of the 16pt. stock paper, and 18 pt. stock for the County to review.
