An additional site visit has been added, Lake County Public Works will be available for a site visit at 1:00 p.m. on May 3, 2019 at the Hawthorn Mall Center Reservoir.  If bidders are interested in additional locations, please meet here and staff will coordinate other locations as requested.

Question:  Supplemental Conditions page SC-4 of the attached Bid.  CGL requirement of $2Mea/$4agg.  Can this be accomplished by a combination of underlying CGL limits and Umbrella/Excess?
