Question:  What additional details are you willing to provide, if any, beyond what is stated in bid documents concerning how you will identify the winning bid?

Response:  All information can be found in the invitation for bid.

Question:  Was this bid posted to the nationwide free bid notification website at www.mygovwatch.com/free?

Response: No.

Question:  Other than your own website, where was this bid posted?

Response:  The Waukegan New Sun.

Question:  Is Exhibit B all the information on the equipment that can be provided?  There are no model or serial numbers, nor location of the equipment (eg; roof, ground, boiler room).  If not, are equipment surveys going to be scheduled?

Response:  A revised Exhibit B has been posted.  Due to COV19 we will not be holding any in-person meetings to view the equipment.

Question:  Bid documents say “bi-annual” on page 2 and “annual” inspection on 14 and 15.  How many inspections are there per year?

Response:  Lake County is requesting pricing for a bi-annual inspection of the equipment.  The list provided on page 14 and 15 is a list of the tasks that should be performed during the inspections.
