Clarification:

Supplementary Conditions, Article 4, SC4.01,  Delete “It is anticipated that the contract to commence work will occur in February, 2021” and replace with “It is anticipated that a Notice to Proceed will be issued between March 15, 2021 and April 5, 2021.”
