Please note:  Contractors may conduct a walk through, exploratory investigation on Wednesday 6/16/21 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Any selective  demolition/exploration work by bidders requires that the bidder encapsulate/make safe/make non-friable any potentially hazardous materials.

Question:  Will it be acceptable to send our company financials for sections 9 & 11  for this bid in a separate Fedex envelope prior to the bid opening?

Response:  Yes.  All other bid documents must be submitted via the Lake County Purchasing Portal.
