ARTICLE 4 – COMMENCEMENT AND PROGRESS OF THE WORK SC 4.01.
Delete the last sentence of Paragraph 4.01.A. of the General Conditions in its entirety and insert the following in its place:
It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be sent at the beginning of December 2021 and work will commence by early January 2022.

Site Visits: Monday, September 27, 2021 from 9AM to 11AM
Location: 800 Krause Dr., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089

1.  Each prospective bidder is limited to a maximum of two representatives.
2.  Masks are required at all times when inside any facility.
3.  All people on site shall maintain a 6-foot distance from each other.
4.  Each prospective bidder will have 1 hour to visit the site.  Please contact Joel Sensenig at 847-377-7124.

6.  LCPW personnel shall be located at each of the structures were observations will be facilitated for each Contractor.
7.  LCPW personnel will remove manhole lids for contractors to view inside of structure(s) at each location if necessary.  LCPW personnel will remain near the structure(s) as an open structure(s) are required to be monitored.
8.  LCPW personnel cannot answer any questions from the contractor or provide any information related to the project.
9.  Contractor can ask questions at the Pre-bid Meeting or can submit questions to Lake County Purchasing as noted in Article 7 of the Instructions to Bidders.
