Question:  Is it the desire of the County to have the chosen consultant(s) act as the Design/Residential Engineer (RE) for individual projects or act as an extension of the County Staff to provide oversight and management of other consultants providing design services and or performing the RE role; or both depending upon the County’s needs?

Response:  The selected consultant must be able to provide a staff member to act as an extension of the County staff to provide oversight and management of other consultants providing design and construction services.  LCPW anticipates there will be a need for RE services, as well.
