Question:  Will the force main and water main portions be awarded to separate contractors? Can a contractor bid on only one portion?

Response:  It is possible that the contracts could be awarded to two separate contractors.  Yes a contractor may only bid on one project.

Response:  The cost estimate is $3,300,000.
