Addendum #1

Question: Can you tell me if we would be able to provide the Water Tower Tank Exterior Cleaning using a drone? Any information would be appreciated.

Answer: Lake County Public Works will evaluate this process to ensure it meets the specific requirements within the bid documents.  The contractor shall be able to provide a secondary method if a tower resides in a restricted area by the FAA or some other obstructions interfere with this technology.

Addendum #2

Question: Is this a one time cleaning per tower ? and where can I find the address to each site ?

Answer: The addresses can be found on page 2 and page 20 of the Bid Documents, and it is the intent of Lake County to clean all 8 water towers over a 2 year period. Lake County will determine which towers are going to be cleaned over the 2 year period.

Question: Are bid bonds needed?

Answer: Per page 13 of the Bid Documents, Special Conditions 3. Bid Security: "Each Bid shall be accompanied by a security in the form of a bond."
