Question2: Can we bid on most, but not all, items from a specific group? Will the award be given for per item or per group?

Answer2: Lake County reserves the right to split award this bid by item, in whole or in part if determined to be in the best interest of the County.

Question3: Where can I find the Contractor Qualification Form, Value Added Services Form, and the Statement of Sustainability Form?

Answer3: The required forms can be found here. Note - Lake County cannot accept any bid documents via email, and they must be submitted through the portal.

 

Question4: Can you provide additional specifications for the gray thermals?

Answer4: Lake County is looking for a product similar to a cotton blend waffle weave, and interested vendors can submit any thermal specifications they feel will suffice for the needs of the inmates.
