Addendum#1

Question: Who was the incumbent and what was the award amount?

Response: This opportunity represents a new program which has not issued any previous awards. Our team looks forward to seeing the best offers and may award multiple contracts to cover the scope of work involved in this program.

Questions: Is subcontracting allowed?

Response: All contracted responsibilities should be conducted by the proposing vendor.

Addendum # 2

Question: I have contacted everyone on the list of vendors for the trees you are requesting.  Some of the trees do not meet the minimum caliper.  They are 1" instead of 1.25 - 1.5". Most of the trees I quoted will be 1.5" -2". Let me know if this is a problem? They said if we order the trees now and wait until spring they will most likely meet the minimum requirements, but will be more expensive since they are quoting the 1" right now. Another issue I ran into is that a few of the tree types will have to be shipped from Canada and that is why they are more expensive.  

Response: At this time we will try to prioritize the caliper size as listed in the bid. An asterisk or other signifier of a 1” quote can be provided for those trees which can only meet the requirements if ordered a season in advance.
