QUESTION 1: Are we correct in our understanding that the County is requesting a comparison of County and BCBSIL participant (employees and dependents) enrollment reports to determine the accuracy of the number on which administration fees were calculated?   Will the review cover the incurred period of 2014 or paid period through March 31, 2015?

QUESTION 2: Will the County provide monthly eligibility records for comparison to BCBSIL records, or will the comparison be based solely on BCBSIL claims vs. eligibility records as maintained in their system records?

QUESTION 3: Are the exclusions to include all non-covered services under the plans?  Is there a dollar threshold which signifies High Dollar? We typically look for repetitive errors that may indicate a system programming error.
