Question:  There is no mention of application code modifications – who is responsible for these, who will perform testing, etc.  Please explain what application code modifications may be required within the next 12 months and who is expected to support these, and what may be needed over the next 2-3 years and again, who is responsible for supporting the modifications.

Response:  We have existing agreements with 2 vendors who continue to provide custom development and support. We anticipate working with those same vendors for any application code modifications and testing.

Question:  Number of data base (DB) and size of DB you have?

Response:
6, Production Databases  at full capacity (64 GIG) 90% utilized
3, Production Archive Databases at full capacity (64) GIG 50% utilized
2, Test Databases (64 GIG) at 75% capacity
2, Service Databases (64 GIG) at 50% utilized
3, Archive skeleton databases (64 GIG) allocated 0% utilized until archive processing   
3, Production skeleton databases (64 GIG) allocated 0% utilized until archive processing   
19 Databases total

Question:  Length of Assignment/Contract for the RFP?

Response:  We expect the respondent to provide us with the anticipated length of the engagement, based upon the scope we are requesting.

Question:  Request for submission date extension for a week?

Response:  No
