QUESTION: For the remarketing portion of the campaign, will the county permit the addition of remarketing tags/pixels on its website? Will it allow the selected vendor read access to its Google Analytics account?


RESPONSE: We can grant Google Analytics access and can include a pixel for ads

QUESTION: It is our understanding from the RFP that all digital ads will point back to the “This is Quitting” website. Is the development and management of that website separate or included in this scope of work?


RESPONSE: The Vendor will be expected to create a landing page on the existing LAKECOUNTYQUITS.COM WEBSITE


QUESTION: Under General Requirements, the RFP states you’re looking for hardcopies of our proposals. Confirming this is accurate? Most RFP’s we have seen since the pandemic started are only electronic submissions.


RESPONSE: The LCHD will require hard copy submittals per the instructions within the RFP. Proposals that are emailed will be not be considered for review and be rejected.  

 
QUESTION: What would be the Project Timelines/ total or tentative -time period of execution?


RESPONSE: The LCHD would like to run program from February 2021 or March 2021 (depending on production time) and last for 3 months.


QUESTION: What pricing model do you prefer? Per Hour Basis or Dedicated Resource basis?


RESPONSE: A dedicated resource basis would be preferred. 


QUESTION: What about the number of Campaigns/adds to be run on daily basis?


RESPONSE: This would be determined by the ad strategy and what is possible under the budget. We do not usually have a set number of ads to run daily.

QUESTION: Does the $40,000 budget include media costs for the full 3-month campaign?
RESPONSE: YES


QUESTION: Is there an existing and/or preferred vendor?
RESPONSE: AS A GOVERNMENT AGENCY WE ARE REQUIRED BY POLICY TO RELEASE AND RFP/BID   TRANSPARENT PUBLIC PROCURMENT RFP PROCESS 

 
QUESTION: For the electronic copy, the RFP says CD. Is a USB acceptable?
RESPONSE: YES


QUESTION: The RFP mentions creation of 5 :30 videos. Does this mean 5 each in English and Spanish, or a total of 5, i.e., 3 English and 2 Spanish?
RESPONSE:  A TOTAL OF 5 VIDEOS

RESPONSE: PLEASE CHECK BACK AS WE ARE STILL DETERMINING THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION.


QUESTION: Is the health department able to currently identify specific areas of high vaping use?
RESPONSE: YES


QUESTION: Will the county work with the vendor to create/update a landing page (or several) for the campaign on its current website?
RESPONSE: THE VENDOR WILL BE EXPECTED TO CREATE A LANDING PAGE ON THE EXISTING LAKECOUNTYQUITS.COM WEBSITE


QUESTION: The references page mentions “Electronic Patient Systems Support Services” – assume this should be marketing campaign services?
RESPONSE: PLEASE DISREGARD NOT APLLICABLE TO THIS RFP.
