Question:  Was the NARP Workplan was formally approved by the DRWW Board?
Response:  No.

Question:  Under Scope of Services, the 6th bullet point. After the period, "Funding Plan" is left as hanging text. Should it be assumed to be associated with that bullet point specifically or in another manner?

Response:  This is a typographical error. The correct language for the 6th bullet point under Scope of Services is as follows:
“Identify mechanisms to facilitate cost-effective NARP implementation including but not limited to: Assessing the feasibility of BMPs, prioritization and costs, point-to-point trading program, point-to-non-point trading program, and a funding plan.”

Question:  Please confirm if there is a DBE requirement and if so, what is the required percentage?

Response:  There is no DBE requirement outside of completing the form attached to the request for proposal.

Question:  Is Geosyntec precluded from participating in the RFP, given they developed the Preliminary NARP Workplan?

Response:  No.

Question:  If the proposal does not include any exceptions, do we need to include the cover sheet of the RFP in our proposal?

Response:  Yes.
