     QUESTION: We wanted to confirm if wet signatures are required for the         original proposal?

     RESPONSE: No, it is not required digital signature is acceptable.

   QUESTION: There seems to be a discrepancy in the RFP, and we wanted     to confirm the submission date for questions is 4/26 and what is the date fo   responses to questions?

    RESPONSE: Questions are due April 24, 2023 2:00 CST Responses will  be posted in the Addendum blog as soon as possible and depending on how many come in posted within 24-48 hours.

QUESTION: One additional question was about the correct number of copies for submission? The bottom of Page 9 has a different number of copies listed.

RESPONSE: SEVEN (7) TOTAL PRINTED COPIES; one (1) unbound marked “Original” and (2) unprotected electronic versions on a thumb drive in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.  One (1) version should be a redacted version if applicable.

April 17, 2023- RFP release date.

April 24, 2023- Last day to submit questions.

May 3, 2023- RFP proposals due to the LCHD/CHC

May 15, 2023 (week of)  Contractor Interviews (if needed)

June 29, 2023- Award of RFP to Contractor

July 5, 2023- Engagement to begin.
