Question:  In reference to the Addendum, when the link is accessed, there is no additional information (assuming there is no addendum that has been published). Do you still require the Addendum Acknowledgement form completed?

Response: No

Question:  In addition, it states All responses are to be submitted in a sealed envelope. Envelopes are to be clearly marked with required submittal information. Elsewhere in the document it states the Lake County will be accepting only electronic RFP submissions for Request for Proposal. Please confirm the electronic RFP process through the portal is what is needed rather than the sealed envelope.

Response: ~128,000 students

Question: Are the identified services for all institutions/school districts under the Lake County Regional Office of Education, including the College of Lake County?

Response: All school districts under the Lake County Regional Office of Education. CLC is not a part of this initiative.
