Question:  The RFP requires: Ability to provide 24 hour / 7 days on-call emergency call-out with not-to-exceed 2 hour response time from call for emergencies, for just when we are on site doing per foot leak detection work or the entire year?

Answer: This will be for the entire year.

Question: What is this years assignment (For each system what is the total feet of main broken down by main material?) In this RFP you mention 600k to 900k feet per year but the price sheet has 1.5m feet

Question: Is the scope to listen to everything , just all valve and hydrants or to just listen based on pipe material?

Answer: This is to listen to all infrastructure in the system.
