QUESTION: The bid specifications for 121 East Grand and 3010 Grand Avenue seem to be missing from the RFP but included in the pricing sheet. Can you please provide the cleaning specifications for both locations?

RESPONSE: 121 E Grand line 7B H10 is no longer in existence and should be removed. All cleaning specifications are listed Daily-Weekly-Monthly etc. All building have the same scope of work and are listed under CLEANING ACTIVITIES AND FREQUENCY OF THE CLEANING and any variations are listed by H code on Page 36 under SPECIAL TRAINING.
