Question 1.  Are there any set hours for a site visit at these locations?

Response 1.  The business hours for most of our facilities are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If the work extends beyond this period, the supervisor will make reasonable accommodations with the vendor. For emergency repairs, accommodations will always be made.

Question 2.  Is there access to all the equipment, (do I need an extension ladder?

Response 2.  There is reasonable access to each piece of equipment. It would be a good idea to have an extension ladder.

Question 3.  Are there any specified personnel we need to contact to look at the equipment?

Response 3.  Contact the facility supervisor noted on the RFQ.
