Response: Please submit responses in accordance with the submittals section in the SOI.
Question 2: Is it okay to recreate the Sustainability Form for editing purposes?
Response: Yes.

Clarification:
Lake County has received a number of very detailed questions. To clarify the scope of this Statement of Interest is for the consultants to present qualifications and experience with regards to the type of work that is identified in the SOI. The attached documentation should answer the majority of your questions.

Question 3: Does Lake County expect the PLC programming and Wonderware programming work to be Bid during the construction phase after design is complete by the Engineer?
Response: Yes.
Question 4: Which firm prepared the Study and are eligible to respond to the subject SOI?
Response: At this time we are unable release the name of the firm that prepared the study, however they are eligible to respond to the SOI.
