Question 1:  Is it possible to separate Network Engineering and SCADA telemetry service on your SOI No. 20022?

Response:  No, it would not be possible to separate the Network Engineering from the SCADA telemetry service for SOI 20022. Both aspects are necessary for the completion and integration of the SCADA Network. Our desire is to complete the design and construction of the SCADA network under this SOI.

Question 2:  The SOI states “Notice is hereby given that Statements of Interest will be received from qualified, professional architectural and engineering firms interested in providing the services.”  Can the integrator paired with the engineer serve as the prime (engineer as sub-consultant) in the submittal. 

Response:  The engineer may serve as a sub-consultant to the integrator for the submittal, and engineering qualifications should be included in the proposal.
