Question:  Our firm would like to request information in-reference to the project mentioned on the subject line if the project is currently in planning. 

Response:  Project is in the planning stage.

Question:  I would like to find out to when design and construction will begin (month/year), including the name of the design firm and general contractor on board, and the city and state they are located. I would also like to find out the estimated value ($) for the project.

Response:  Design April 2021, Construction September 2021, Design firm has not been determined and there is no General Contractor on board.  Estimated Value is $2,000,000.

Question:  Regarding SOI #20146 – will consultants be given the opportunity to visit the New Century Town WRF site before submitting a SOI to get a better understating of the issues?

Response:  Due to Covid-19 Lake County does not allow non-employees to visit facilities. 

Question:  Do you anticipate extending the bid due date?

Response:  No.

Question:  What additional details are you willing to provide, if any, beyond what is stated in bid documents concerning how you will identify the winning bid?

Response:  All information is contained within the SOI.

Question:  Was this bid posted to the nationwide free bid notification website at www.mygovwatch.com/free?

Response:  No.

Question:  Other than your own website, where was this bid posted?

Response:  The New Sun.

Question:  What is the estimated price value for the project in the subject line?

Response:  The estimated value is $2,000,000.

Question:  When is the anticipated construction start date for this project?

Response:  The estimated start of construction is September 2021.
