Question:  DLR appears to have developed the Master Plan drawing that was provided by Lake County – Has DLR or another design firm been retained to provide design services for the planned improvements? 

Response:  Yes, DRL has been retained to do the full Design and Construction Administrative Services for this project.

Question:  If a design team has been retained, how far along are they in the design process? If not, could you please advise of the timing for engaging the design team?

Response:  DRL is seventy five percent complete with the finished design of this project.
