To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  The work consists of constructing Class B Patches in existing concrete pavements, removing and replacing concrete curb & gutter as well as constructing a portion of new sidewalk on the south side of Rollins Rd between Cedar Lake Rd and Pleasant Dr.
