To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. This work includes hot-mix asphalt surface, hot-mix asphalt binder, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, class D patching, sidewalk removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, aggregate shoulder removal, HMA shoulder widening, aggregate base course, leveling binder (machine method), driveway culvert removal and other related items. Traffic Control and Protection is required for this project.
