The Owner will receive bids for the renovation of an existing County Group residence home. The Project consists of interior renovations to a one-story building totaling 4,950 square feet in floor area. The work includes but is not limited to interior demolition, building concrete, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, finishes, doors, frames and hardware, custom casework, minor mechanical, fire alarm, electrical, plumbing, low voltage and security systems.
