To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  This advance grading and drainage contract involves the reconfiguration and construction of three stormwater management ponds within the Renwood Public Golf Course. It also includes related improvements to storm sewer system, tree removals, removal/installation of a maintenance shed, and landscaping enhancements including native plants with a required maintenance and monitoring period. This contract is intended to facilitate roadway reconstruction and widening on Hainesville Road, which will be done under a separate contract by others at a future date.
