To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  This work includes hot-mix asphalt pavement resurfacing, widening, sidewalk & ADA ramp improvements, bike path reconstruction, traffic signals improvements, water main improvements, and miscellaneous drainage improvements. Traffic Control and Protection is required for this project.
