To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. The project consists of the milling and resurfacing of Hunt Club Road, along with curb replacement and pavement patching. The existing HMA shoulder will be removed in locations where the existing thickness is substandard, and the HMA shoulder will generally be widened to 6-feet or 5-feet in locations adjacent to curb and gutter. Other work includes guardrail removal and replacement, pipe culvert cleaning, remove and relay culvert end sections, grooved thermoplastic pavement markings, shoulder rumble strips, centerline rumble strips, landscaping, and other related items.
