To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  The intersection of Old McHenry Road at Corporate Drive will be expanded; Old McHenry Road will be resurfaced and widened with full depth HMA binder. This work will also include combination concrete curb and gutter, pipe culverts, heavy cleaning of existing culverts, culvert lining, and all necessary restoration. Old McHenry Road will be resurfaced with reconstructed HMA shoulders, aggregate shoulders, ditch grading, rumble strip installation, and all necessary restoration.
