The Lake County Stormwater Management Commission (SMC) requires the appraisal of twelve (12) residential properties with a history of flooding in Lake County, IL.  The SMC works with residents and local municipalities to mitigate flood damages by acquiring and demolishing flood-prone homes to eliminate the risk of future flood damages. The SMC is seeking quotations from state licensed appraisers to complete the appraisal of up to twelve (12) residential properties in Lake County, IL.
