The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified firm(s) to provide food options for employees, visiting public, and jurors at Lake County’s Main Courthouse, 18 N County St, Waukegan, IL 60085, coffee kiosk, vending services throughout Lake County’s Waukegan, Libertyville, and Vernon Hills Campus, as well as commissary services for the Lake County Jail. This includes, but is not limited to all necessary labor, meal planning, food procurement, food preparation, inventory, and staffing for all operational functions. The goal of this RFP is to contract with professional responsible firms who can increase sales and the resulting revenue to the County.
