Description:

To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. The project consists of milling 2” off the existing hot-mix asphalt road; constructing 6” Class D Patches; 0.75” Leveling Binder and 1.5” Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course. Traffic Control and Protection for the work zone will be required.
