Question: Question #7 asks “Provide one to three examples of similar work including one reference for similar work with a Continuum of Care.” Can you clarify what the County is looking for with regards to Continuum of Care.
Answer: Continuum of Care is a typo please disregard. Vendor should provide one to three references with one reference with similar work.

Addendum#3: 12/26/2023
Question: Of the 700 jobs in the county, how many are anticipated to be included in this Compensation & Classification Study?
Answer: We have interrupted the above question as, if we are expecting the consultant to analyze each job tile. If this is the case, we realize it may not be practical to individually examine each of the 700 titles and are open to methods that may involve basing recommendations upon a statistically relevant sampling of the position titles.

Question 1: Is there a not to exceed budget amount for the Lake County Compensation Study?
Answer: Lake County has a budgeted amount of $300,000
