Question: Please advise if we can submit our bid as a reseller using authorized dealers/distributors.

Answer: Resellers can submit a bid if they are able to meet the below requirements.

Requirement #8 pg21 of bid: The contractor shall be required to maintain, or have available; an inventory sufficient to deliver requested items within two (2) calendar days upon request by department.

Question:  On the bid sheets you have column of Annual Quantity per thousand and column Bid Price per case. Should we bid this by the Annual Quantity per thousand instead of by case?

Response:  Lake County is requesting that bidders submit pricing based on the per thousand bid price.
