On the price proposal sheet (page 21) of RFP 18004, the location number H35 is listed as Round Lake HS Clinic. 

The Lake County Health Department does not need pricing for this location included in your response to the RFP.  Please remove from your pricing calculations.

Q. Does Illinois’s Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/) apply?

A. No.  Hiring daily janitorial services would not apply

Q. For the LC Facilities (page 28) the county provides "all cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment used to provide the required janitorial services" (page 26) besides employee safety wear.. So all the county will need is our (the contractor) labor cost, correct? 

A. Yes, that is correct.

Q. For ALL Health Department Buildings we (the contractor) need "to provide all cleaning products and supplies" (page 30) So the county will need labor and material cost, correct?

A. Yes, that is correct.

Q. Can you provide the current pricing?

A. Yes, please see the attachments. Attachment 1.  Attachment 2.  Attachment 3.
