Question 1.  The specs call for AWI Certification for millwork.  Please confirm if AWI Certification is required for millwork, or if following the AWI standards and project details is adequate (no certification required). 

Response:  Yes, AWI Certification for millwork is required.

Please delete section SC 6.06 listed below:

Add the following paragraph immediately after Paragraph 6.06G:

6.06H Contractor shall perform with its own forces at least 30% of the work, unless written consent to subcontract as greater percentage of the work is obtained from OWNER.

Attached is the pre-bid sign in sheet.

As further clarification the 30% requirement is no longer applicable.
